PHX car rental return

We’re returning a car on a Sunday Flight is at noon. Is 30 minutes enough time to drop car, board sky train, and get to terminal 4? I assume sky train is reliable. I’ve read older lists and many refer to a shuttle that didn’t seem dependable. Thanks
