Venetian renovated suites toiletries

Does anyone know if the renovated suites at the Venetian have large refill bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, or do they still provide just the mini bottles?

I called the Venetian and the answer I got was varied. They did say they thought maybe the renovated suites had the refill bottles but they couldn't verify for sure.

The Venetian in Las Vegas has undergone renovations in some of its suites, and while there isn’t a uniform answer, there are some general trends based on guest reports and available information about the updated amenities.

Regarding toiletries in the renovated suites, here’s what you can expect:

  • Large Refill Bottles:
    • In the more recently renovated suites, the Venetian has switched to larger refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. This is part of a broader trend in hospitality toward sustainability, aiming to reduce waste by eliminating mini bottles. These refill bottles are usually mounted on the wall in the shower and are more convenient for longer stays.
  • Mini Bottles:
    • However, it’s important to note that some rooms may still have the traditional mini bottles, especially in suites that haven’t been fully renovated. The Venetian has multiple room categories, and it’s possible that not all of them have been updated to the refill bottle standard yet.
  • Variability Across Rooms:
    • The answer you received from the Venetian about variability is likely due to the staggered nature of the renovations. Some rooms may have been updated with refillable bottles, while others, especially in older sections of the hotel, might still use the smaller individual bottles.

If having refill bottles is a deal-breaker for you, it might be worth reaching out to the Venetian again closer to your stay to confirm the specific suite type you’ve booked. Alternatively, you could bring your own toiletries, just in case the mini bottles are still in place.

In any case, the Venetian generally provides high-quality toiletries, and the renovations should make for a pleasant stay no matter the format of the bottles!
