Hi y'all, I'm planning our 1st trip to Florida with my dad and 12 year old son in a couple weeks. Looking for a beach vacation. Can anyone help recommend where to go? There's a lot of interesting locations in Florida but I need to narrow down my search. I have 1 week to spare by the way.

Places of interest : fort Lauderdale, West Palm beach, Daytona, Tampa bay, Sarasota, st. Petersburg. I like a good mixture of activities, nature, relaxing but not boring, a vibrant area, dining, beach, etc.
