Which Caesars (cheaper) property

Question

May head to Vegas for the first time next March/April. We had planned on going nearly 10 years ago, but life happened and we just haven’t planned it again. At that time I was all set on staying at Planet Hollywood. Just seemed like a fun atmosphere and good location.

Researching now I’ve come across a lot of options. I don’t expect everyone to have stayed in all these rooms, just curious on thoughts on any of them or the resort itself. They are all pretty much the same price.

Flamingo go strip view, Harrahs mountain deluxe strip view, Paris Bordeaux, Planet Hollywood ultra hip. Flamingo and Harrahs I seem to see reviews mentioning run down, but like the thought of a strip view for the evening. As mentioned wanted to stay at planet Hollywood. Paris looks nice, and has the best google rating. Cromwell and Linq also same priced but haven’t researched them at all.

Guess what I’m getting at is should I stay where I wanted to 10 years ago, go for the strip view, or stay at the best reviewed place.
