Considering Tybee for a birthday trip for 4-5 adults.. looking to be on beach but also close to decent restaurants and maybe pier.. This would be for mid Jan..3-4 night stay.. looking at either hotel or private rental. more looking to a place where can walk to restaurants. and shopping.. rathher spend more on food than having to rent a car or drive a car.. ....hows dolphin seein during that time?
