InterContinental Bali Resort in Jimbaran

🌴🏄‍♂️For this trip to Bali, I chose the InterContinental Bali Resort located in Jimbaran Bay. The address is Jl. Uluwatu 45 Jimbaran, and the hotel is only 8 km from the airport, super convenient! Plus, it’s just a 5-minute drive to Kuta Beach, making it a perfect holiday destination.

🚖The hotel’s location in Jimbaran Bay is truly unbeatable, overlooking the entire bay with breathtaking views! As a five-star hotel, it has been open for over 20 years, but after renovations in 2018, the facilities are still very well maintained. The overall decor fully integrates traditional Balinese architectural style, with every corner filled with natural vibes🌺. The front desk staff are very friendly, and from the moment you walk in, you can feel their attentive service.

🏡After checking into the room, I really felt the spaciousness and refinement of this resort. I stayed in a king bed room, which was super large, with a mattress that was just the right firmness—very comfortable. Toiletries and daily essentials were all provided, and there were even 4 different kinds of tea bags, which was incredibly thoughtful. When I first entered the room, they also kindly offered a welcome drink and complimentary champagne🍾.

😌At the hotel, we could enjoy various facilities without stepping outside. From massage spas to a private beach, and even an indoor play area specially designed for children (extra charge applies). I especially recommend the Sunset Bar, right by the beach, where under the mellow sunlight, a glass of local Balinese sparkling wine🍷 made me feel completely relaxed. The Jimbaran Garden restaurant by the pool not only has a beautiful environment but also outstanding service, with such a wide variety of juices and snacks that it was hard to choose!

🍴Now, about the dining experience at the hotel—it’s absolutely top-notch. The lobster pasta at Bella Cucina restaurant was unforgettable, with tender lobster meat and al dente pasta, every bite was pure satisfaction and happiness. In the evening, you can sit at the open-air Luna Rooftop Bar, watching the sunset slowly fade away, feeling cozy and content.

📌Of course, it’s not without some drawbacks. Being close to the sea, some rooms can be a bit humid, and some facilities are slightly outdated. Also, although the breakfast variety is extensive, the quality could be improved, especially in the selection of fruits and juices, which might not fully meet five-star standards.

Overall, staying at the InterContinental Bali Resort was a very pleasant experience. Whether it’s the service, facilities, or environment, it brought me great satisfaction. This holiday really made me feel like time slowed down, and every moment was full of enjoyment and beauty. If you’re planning a vacation in Bali with family or your partner, this hotel definitely won’t disappoint you👏.
