Delicious food and a great atmosphere

Since my partner is a fan of the girls from Blackpink, we decided to follow their footsteps and dine at Blue Elephant Bangkok Sathorn. This place is not just a restaurant but also a cooking school for chefs. The ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic, reminiscent of an old Thai palace, giving off a traditional Thai vibe. We ordered several dishes, including:
- Crab curry with cha-kram leaves: Generous portions of crab meat and a bold, flavorful taste.
- Foie gras with tamarind sauce: This dish was absolutely delicious, truly mouthwatering.
- Stir-fried liang leaves with eggs, fried crab curry, and for dessert, sticky rice with longan.
Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was also stunning, served in a style resembling traditional Thai tiffin carriers, perfectly matching the restaurant's theme. The staff provided excellent service.
