Bang Bua Temple, Chatuchak

- Bang Bua Temple was built around 1837 by four noble officials: Phraya Sri, Phraya Phetpranee, Phraya Phukphakdi, and Phraya Ratchalak Mueang. Locals originally called it Lat Nam Khem Temple. Later, the name was changed to "Bang Bua Temple." Since then, the temple has been continuously renovated and developed. It received a royal boundary marker (Wisungkhamasima) for the last time on May 15, 1975. The boundary area measures 40 meters wide and 80 meters long. The boundary stone was tied on March 5, 1976.
- The ordination hall (Ubosot) is 14 meters wide and 40 meters long, built in 1976. It has a triple-tiered tiled roof with chofah (decorative finials), bai raka (serpent-like roof decorations), and crown-shaped doors and windows. The decorations imitate Ayutthaya art style. The pillars have chamfered corners, and there is a walkway around the ordination hall and the surrounding cloister wall.
