Warm Service Amid Mixed Experiences

The staff in the club lounge were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to Martin, Jommy, Nas, Napa, Lulu, and Kathy! They were definitely the highlight of the property, making our stay more enjoyable. Before our arrival, we informed the hotel of our special occasion, but arrived to find incorrect notes congratulating us on a honeymoon and anniversary, neither of which were applicable. This lack of attention to detail left a disappointing impression. The rooms were just okay, with issues like a faulty AC and uncomfortable bed necessitating engineer visits and a room change. With only two suites per floor, the chance for Platinum/Titanium upgrades was limited, so using SNAs is advisable. We found the breakfast and lounge food offerings generally better than at Marriott The Surawongse, where we stayed the previous week. However, the rooms and service outside the lounge at the Marriott were far superior.
