A Morning to Remember: Buffet Breakfast Bliss at The George Penang

I had a wonderful buffet breakfast experience with my dad at The George Penang — and it was nothing short of memorable. My dad went straight for the nasi lemak with ayam berempah, and not gonna lie, it was honestly one of the best hotel nasi lemaks we’ve ever had! The rice was fragrant, the sambal had the perfect balance of spice and sweetness, and the ayam berempah was crispy and full of flavour — truly the highlight of the morning.

As for me, I leaned towards a lighter spread with sliced chicken, smoked duck, and fresh salads. I also couldn’t resist grabbing some dim sum, fish fingers, a slice of butter cake, a cupcake, and two cups of yogurt for good measure. To top it all off, we both ordered the green apple and celery juice — surprisingly refreshing and so good!

Overall, the spread was not that massive but the food tasted great! 😊 💯
