Day trip off the Istanbul mainland - Princes Islands

Take a day trip out of Istanbul by taking the public ferry to Princes Islands. Stopping at the Asian side of Istanbul, as well as a number of small islands, the ferry from Kabatas/Eminou is a perfect way to spend a sunny day out. Enjoy beautiful views along the Bosphorous Strait for only 1-2 EUR (single trip) and unique views of the city skyline and islands. On the islands, you can enjoy the beach and freshly grilled seafood at the many food stalls. Sea bream and anchovies are particularly good. A must see!
