Char Siew Perfection at a Hidden Gem in Pavilion Damansara!

After a business appointment nearby, I found myself craving a good plate of wanton noodles and turned to Google Maps for help. That’s how I discovered Dai Cha Dim on Level 5 of Pavilion Damansara Heights.

It was already around 3pm, and the restaurant was completely quiet — almost as if I had the entire place to myself. The peaceful setting made for a relaxing solo lunch.

I ordered their signature wanton noodles and a pomelo mango sago for dessert. The char siew was a standout — tender, caramelized, and perfectly balanced between lean meat and fat. The noodles were springy and coated in a delicious sauce, while the wanton was generously filled and flavourful. The dessert rounded off the meal beautifully — refreshing, not overly sweet, and well prepared.

Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion. Overall, it was a satisfying meal in a comfortable and quiet setting. I’d gladly return for another solo lunch or even a casual catch-up with friends.
