Summer has arrived, all over the country has become a big furnace, but there is only one place, the flowers are as abundant as spring, the sun is like summer, but it is not so hot, not so rushed, if this summer, you happen to have 7 days, you might as well come here to escape the heat, escape the heat and busyness, and leave the most beautiful scenery and memories in the sun.

2: Backpack: Remind everyone that Lijiang Ancient City, Lugu Lake, Shangri-La Ancient Town are full of stone roads, trolley boxes are not recommended, unless you change the inn and stay in one place. Fortunately, I carried a backpack, and all the equipment for the 7-day trip was a backpack of about 40L.
3: Clothing: The temperature in Lijiang in June is 15-28°C, while the temperature in Shangri-Lap Pudacuo will drop by about 10°C. I brought 7 sets of clothing for the 7-day trip, including 2 short-sleeved T-shirts, 2 medium-sleeved shirts, 1 sun protection clothing, 2 dresses, and 1 thick jacket that is windproof and rainproof. It is just right to wear short sleeves during the day, and at night you only need to wear a thin shirt, and the thick coat is only worn in Shangri-La's Pudacuo for half a day, and I regret it all the way, because I rented warm clothes in Pudacuo. In addition, shoes are very important, the stone road of the ancient city is difficult to walk, if you need to hike to Shangri-La Tiger Leaping Gorge and Pudacuo's best sneakers, I brought another pair of sandals.
4: Cosmetics and toiletries: I brought a small bottle (30ml) of shampoo, body soap, and Shiseido's sunscreen (a must-have), which has strong UV rays and must be used when going out. Facial cleanser, makeup remover oil, bottom sealing liquid, loose powder, lip balm, all brought, isn't it an exaggeration? If you are not particular about MM, it is not recommended to bring so many cosmetics, because they are really heavy. Since you will stay in the inn, you will bring 2 towels and 1 quick-drying towel, which is a must for long hair.
5: Drugs: Feng Yu Jing, berberine, Claritan. Each medicine is packed separately in a fresh-keeping bag, which can be used in an emergency, I am prone to allergies, easy to eat bad stomachs, easy to be bitten by mosquitoes, I think how troublesome I am.
6: Sunny and rainy umbrella: basically used to block strong ultraviolet rays, occasionally it can block rain, Lijiang rain falls, showers rain is very large.
We have long wanted to go to Yunnan to come and go for a lap, but the traffic from Nanning to Dali and Lijiang is really inconvenient, either the direct ticket is too expensive, or Nanning to Kunming and then to the train is too tossed, but this year! Dali opened a direct bullet train to Nanning! More than 7 hours across South China to Dali! Super happy! So we said we would leave and leave~~~
After getting off the bullet train on Day 1, Didi hitchhiked directly to the hostel, and the trip to Yunnan started from the light of the Dali journey~~~
After checking in and packing up, it was more than five o'clock in the afternoon, at the suggestion of the boss, we found a delicious cold chicken rice noodle shop to fill our stomachs, and then started to visit the ancient city.

The ancient city of Dali is located at the foot of the beautiful Cangshan Mountain and is the capital of the ancient Nanzhao and Dali countries. This is a suitable place to live, the locals rest at sunrise and sunset, and grow flowers and plants to bask in the sun in their spare time, which is very comfortable.
Fuxing Road is the most prosperous pedestrian street in the ancient city, with many shops on both sides of the street, selling local specialties such as marble carvings, ethnic costumes and local specialties. Wander through various shops, you can find some small things with national characteristics, and when you are tired and hungry, you can also eat distinctive local snacks in the roadside snack bars. or stroll into the open courtyard door of a local house and chat with an old Bai lady who is doing handicrafts; Attractions such as Wuhua Tower and Dali Museum are also worth visiting. 
Nightlife in the ancient city At night, you can gather in the area of Foreigner Street and Renmin Road, where there are many specialty bars and cafes. Some stores also have improvisational performances by resident singers or tourists, which is very lively.
PS: In recent years, Dali has been renovated, and the ancient city is repairing sewage pipes everywhere, so some roads are not easy to walk, but it generally does not affect travel and play.

Day 3
Cangshan
slept until I woke up naturally that day, and then started my trip to Cangshan at the suggestion of the little brother of the hostel.
Cangshan snow, one of the four wonders of Dali wind and snow, naturally cannot be missed, buy tickets at the ancient city visitor center, cheaper than buying on the spot, and car pick-up, very cost-effective, take a taxi by yourself is also about ten yuan, if physical conditions permit, it is recommended to buy the Ximatan ropeway, the ropeway to the Seven Dragons Girl Station transfer, it is recommended to transfer directly to visit Ximatan first, because the daily scenic spot will decide the closing time of the Ximatan ropeway according to the weather conditions, and we will temporarily notify the closure at 1 p.m. on the morning of the day we go. After getting off the ropeway, continue climbing. 
Arrive at an altitude of 3966, the scenery is even more beautiful, the vegetation along the way is lush, the blue sky is daytime, remember to protect yourself from the sun, when climbing the mountain, you should walk slowly, rest and breathe, feel uncomfortable can take oxygen, we didn't see snow that day, but it was still worth the trip, I saw the mirror-like Xima Pond, the white clouds were reflected on the water, it was beautiful, after the visit, then take the ropeway to the Seven Dragon Maiden Station, visit the Seven Dragon Girl Pool, the scenery is beautiful, because you have to go down the mountain to climb the mountain by yourself, you don't have the physical strength to buy a battery ticket, it is still worth seeing. 
After going down the mountain, I went to the "most beautiful nunnery in China" recommended by my little brother - Jizhao Monastery. There are a lot of succulents here, my girlfriend likes it the most, I can't stop taking pictures, I heard that the vegetarian meal is also good, but unfortunately we didn't catch up, if you come early, you can also borrow a set of tea sets here to drink tea, which is very comfortable.

Play Tips:
(1) After arriving at the entrance of Yulong Mountain Scenic Area, you can take an eco-friendly car to the parking lot of the large ropeway; If you want to go up the snowy mountains, you must take the big ropeway.
(2) The mountain entrance fee is not the same thing as the big ropeway fee, be sure to queue up early to buy a ticket for the big ropeway! It is best to book tickets for the big ropeway one day in advance, otherwise the queue may delay the time and affect the next trip. Generally, if you choose a day trip, you can save a lot of trouble, and you can go directly to the ropeway to queue up the mountain the next day, which can free up a lot of time for playing.
(3) There is no place to provide meals during the climb, so it is recommended to bring some dry food for emergencies.

(1) After coming down from Yulong Snow Mountain, you can take an eco-friendly car to the Blue Moon Valley Scenic Area. The environmental protection car will pass through Spruce Ping first, if you want to go to Spruce Ping to visit, you can plan the tour time first, the tour time of Spruce Ping is about 1-2 hours, if the time is not enough, it is recommended to go directly to the Blue Moon Valley Scenic Area.
(2) There are battery cars between each scenic spot in the Blue Moon Valley Scenic Area, but an additional 50 yuan must be charged, and there is generally no need to take a battery car (similar to a sightseeing car), and it is generally about 40 minutes to walk.
(3) There are many restaurants in the Blue Moon Valley Scenic Area where you can dine, usually hot pot or stir-fry.
Blue Moon Valley was formerly known as the "White Water River", located in the valley north of Ganhaizi at the eastern foot of Yulong Snow Mountain and south of Spruce Flat. After the ice and snow melt in the snow-capped mountains, it flows down the cliffs and continues to converge into mountain streams and streams, and finally forms a crystal clear and sweet river in the deep valley upstream of Blue Moon Valley. On sunny days, the color of the water is blue, and the valley is crescent-shaped, and from a distance, it looks like a blue moon embedded at the foot of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, so it is called Blue Moon Valley. At night, I went to visit the ancient city of Dukezong, which was quieter and more leisurely than the ancient city of Dali and Lijiang, and had a unique Tibetan cultural atmosphere. 
Day 7 On the second day, our main itinerary is to visit Pudacuo National Forest Park. We arrived at the observation deck of Zhidu Lake and enjoyed the lake view.

We finally chose to walk on foot at the Bita Sea scenic spot, you can see the beautiful scenery along the way, and if you are lucky, you can also feed the little squirrels, and I feel that my physical strength is still enough. If you have the elderly and have severe altitude sickness, it is recommended to take a short boat ride, and the boat fare is 50 yuan, which is also acceptable. 
After visiting Pudacuo National Park, we ended all the attractions of our two-day Shangri-La trip, and finally visited the Tibetan house, and felt that it was really like a local tyrant who could have a Tibetan house, with an all-wood structure and a large living room, which is really a house worth tens of millions in the city. (Wow, forgive me for not seeing the world hhh) 
At around six o'clock, I left Shangri-La by bus and went to Dali to take the bullet train back to Nanning. Time is limited, and I don't want to be too rushed, so I have to give up some attractions that I also yearn for, such as Lugu Lake and didn't go, and the grassland of Shangri-La didn't look good, which is a little regret, but it also gave us a reason to come again ~
