The door of the small shop is not big, but after entering, there is a unique world. Probably because of Dehong's dampness and heat, eating bitter sprinkles will also have the effect of dispelling heat. Dehong's food is like this, good at playing with all kinds of spices, herbs and ingredients with unique smells, and can just the right amount of heavy ingredients, and I have to admire the wild imagination of the inventor of Sa Skimm, emmmm.... And courage.
There is also a pickled fruit vendor at the entrance of Best Food City, selling green plums, pineapples, pears and sour papaya pickled with pickled peppers, and they are served with chili peppers and white sugar.The sour papaya is particularly impressive, the sourness of the fruit itself, the sour and spicy of the marinade, the spiciness of the oil chili and the sweetness of the sugar are seen in the mouth, and there is a licorice-like aftertaste at the end.
