My first glimpse of Lijiang: blue skies and white clouds. God is truly blessing us this rainy season!

I haven't taken a train in nearly ten years, but I've always found traveling with close friends, playing cards, eating instant noodles, and chatting, incredibly joyful. We pass through many places we've never been to, see unique scenery, and meet people from all over. Although the trip takes a while, it makes me feel the meaning of travel even more deeply!

There are three trains from Kunming to Lijiang: one in the morning and two in the evening. We took the 10 PM train that evening and arrived in Lijiang at 6:20 the next day. We stayed at the same "Yinyue" inn we stayed at two years ago. The proprietress, Walan, had a baby, and the rattan chairs in the yard had been replaced with long wooden tables. The blooming flowers were a delight. The Jijizhazha team happened to run into a group carpooling to Lashi Lake. Zhuo and Cong went with them, and since I'd been there before, I packed my bags at the inn. When we got back that afternoon, both girls were sunburned. Lao Zhuo went to see "Naxi Ancient Music" in the evening. I stole two pictures to post. It is said to be pretty good.

After finishing my homework, Xiao Cong and I strolled down the street.

The crowds near Sifang Street pushed us back. Is this still Lijiang? So I walked back to the inn to drink yogurt. Ah An yogurt is really amazing! It’s so delicious!

Lijiang has been sunny for the past few days.

The occasional shower brings a sudden coolness.

We had originally planned to go to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain today, but because of the sunburn we got from Lashi Lake yesterday, we had to take a day off.

So the three of us slept until we woke up naturally and then went to explore the ancient city.

The day's wandering passed by so quickly that the three of them, starving, went to "Zifeiyu" near the inn to satisfy their hunger. Satisfied, satisfied, let's go back to the inn and make some tea.

A few of us sat in the yard and started drinking tea and chatting. We met a girl traveling alone, and she started telling us a touching story.

Let's go to Lijiang together~

I got up early and shared a car with a few girls from the inn to go to Yulong Snow Mountain. The round trip cost 150 bags per car. I learned from my last experience and brought thick clothes, so I didn't rent a cotton coat at the foot of the mountain. I didn't bring oxygen tanks last time, but since we were all girls this time, I bought a few as a backup. I still find it super funny when I think of Lao Tian climbing the mountain with an oxygen tank. I'm the invincible little superman, not afraid of climbing mountains or diving into the sea!

The chartered car will take you to the parking lot at the foot of Jade Dragon Mountain. Next, you'll line up for the bus up the mountain, which reaches an altitude of about 3,000 meters. From there, you'll take the cable car up to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain's 4506. The rest of the way up is on your own.

Your ticket will have a number on it. So, friends, be sure to listen carefully to the order in which your numbers are called in the lobby. We missed out on the fun. It wasn't until the lobby was empty that Ms. He, the car operator, came to look for us, assuming we'd all gotten off. But the advantage of going up last is that you don't have to wait in long lines (*^__^*).

While waiting for the bus at the foot of the mountain, several of us took a lot of photos.

It was raining a bit in the morning, so I was worried that the clouds on the mountain would be too thick to see the blue sky. However, the weather started to clear up after we got to the top of the mountain. I was ecstatic!

The cable car car has been replaced with a new one and it is much more spacious. I suddenly remembered that when I was riding the cable car two years ago, a Shandong man next to me kept saying: "Oh my god~ Haha~ Those who are afraid of heights will definitely be super scared~"

There was a lot more snow than I saw last time, and there was a place where you could get up close and personal with the snow-capped mountains. I really admire those girls wearing long skirts and high heels! How did you guys get up here?

Halfway up, everyone was getting tired and breathless. I continued jogging the whole way. Just think about how this little guy can be so strong! But I recommend taking it slow and relaxing to avoid any serious altitude sickness. Boys, with their larger lung capacity, might need more oxygen, just like Lao Tian~ Ulala!

After you get off Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, there will be free buses to take you to Blue Moon Valley and Yunshanping. After arriving at the station, there will be small electric cars to take you around, 40 for a round trip. We didn't take the electric car, in fact, it would be more interesting to see the scenery while playing.

If time hadn't been so short, I would have stayed in Shuhe for a long time. This summer has passed so quickly, with the continuous drizzle. I suddenly remembered those quiet times in Shuhe, doing nothing and basking in the sun.

I wonder if all good things are short-lived, so that we have more time to savor and cherish them. My best friend, you might be right to stay in Shuhe. As you said, this place is perfect for a psychopath like you. We are both young and passionate lunatics. Nothing is impossible, right?

Thank you for booking the Hello Kitty Inn for us. It made these sisters who feel like they are old maids every day feel a little more adorable.

The commercialization of Lijiang has disappointed Lao Zhuo a lot. After returning to Lijiang from Lugu Lake, he rushed to Shuhe. His good friend opened a bar in Shuhe, and he hadn't seen him for a long time. This trip was also for this reason.

What was gratifying was that we had noodle soup and dumplings in Shuhe. The three of us ate 6 servings of noodles. We loved dumplings so much. Haha.

During my time in Shuhe, I wandered around the town with my friends every day, sent postcards, bought some fruit, and sat in a bar by the river singing and listening to music.

This delicious restaurant in Shuhe has captured my heart for many years!

The food is delicious, the flowers are beautiful, the fish are fun, and the songs are beautiful! Watery! So that's what it is! Small pot of rice! YYDS! Yunnan's Paoluda is really different from other places, delicious and tasty! There were a lot of people, but luckily I didn't have to wait in line for long. The singers all sang folk songs, and their voices were not too loud or noisy. It felt like a cleansing to the soul. Everything was just right! The environment is so beautiful! The food was served quickly! The young waiters in Yunnan are all good-looking.

Our 10-day trip to Lijiang is over. We all linger in that incredibly pleasant place. We hope all our friends can have a more wonderful time in Lijiang!
