I will write down all the itinerary, expenses, accommodation, food and drink, transportation, as well as various information and personal suggestions for joining the group and purchasing tickets.

！！！ Precautions: Bring high-powered sunscreen and sun hats, umbrellas are always available (you can also choose sunscreen umbrellas), summer clothes + one or two spring and autumn jackets, flat sneakers are the first choice (try not to wear high heels and slippers), it is best to bring your own power bank (there are many in the scenic area, convenient but the rental fee is different, the expensive one is 6 yuan/hour), and you must bring your ID card when you go out!!

DAY1: The first day is basically on the road, and it is almost eleven o'clock in the evening when we arrive at the inn.
I booked online in advance, the room rate was 202 yuan/day (almost two-thirds of the usual price), and I stayed here for a few days in the ancient city, a few hundred meters away from the ancient city. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals, and there is also a washing machine to wash your clothes. The advantage is that the owner and proprietress are very enthusiastic and the service is very considerate. The disadvantage is that the room is generally hygienic, and the geographical location of the inn is a bit high, it is difficult to walk with heavy luggage, when you come, the boss takes it up, and when you leave, because it is relatively early, you quietly take it down alone, and you are half tired.
Suggestion: As much as possible, choose the kind of inn that is a few hundred meters away from the ancient city, in fact, each inn is similar, you can't take a three-star or above hotel to ask for (especially hygiene and facilities), the scenic area of Lijiang Ancient City is relatively large, the road surface is all uneven bricks and stones, pulling the suitcase back and forth to find an inn is really tiring and embarrassing.
！！！ Key points: If you are optimistic about the inn on the Internet, don't be in a hurry to book, you can call the store to ask about the price of the store, and the price of the store is generally cheaper than the Internet! !
DAY2: Lijiang Ancient City + Mufu + Lijiang Eternal Love + Shuhe Ancient Town
Lijiang Ancient City is relatively large and does not require any tickets, but during the epidemic, you need to scan the QR code to make an appointment, but there is no limit to the number of people, and you can usually scan it at the door to enter. You need to bring your ID card for verification, and you can use it for a day after scanning it once, and then you can directly swipe your face at the gate. The wide and narrow alleys in the ancient city are connected in all directions, and if you really want to finish shopping, you may not be able to finish it in a day or two. I am used to getting up early, so I packed up at eight o'clock and went out for breakfast and started walking into the ancient city.Generally, the shops in the ancient city will open one after another after ten o'clock, so there were basically no people when I went, which was very suitable for taking pictures.
Before you start shopping, you can look at the overall situation on the map app on your mobile phone, which will mark some key places, and it is very convenient to follow the map, otherwise it is easy to go back and forth in a small area. The ancient city gives people the feeling that it is full of flowers, like a quaint flower city. But after shopping for a long time, it feels like it's the same everywhere, so I only spent almost half a day shopping.
The ticket to Mufu seems to be 25, and there is a free docent, and the whole process can be earned in about an hour, which is helpful for understanding the local culture.
I can't tell the difference between the ancient city of Lijiang and the ancient town of Shuhe in the picture below, so they are all put together, including Mufu.

Lijiang Ancient City I booked tickets for the Eternal Love Show at 4 p.m. on China-TravelNote in advance, and after lunch, I took a taxi to the Ethereal Scene Area to watch the performance.
The seats on the scene cannot be selected by themselves, and tickets are issued in the order of ticket collection, so if you want to be in the front, try to pick up the ticket as soon as possible. It is said to be a scenic spot, but in fact, it is mainly based on performances in the theater, and there are some small decorations suitable for taking pictures outside the venue.
Recommendation index: full stars! Must see it, it's shocking.
Lijiang eternal love 
Lijiang Eternal Love !! Highlights: There are buses in the Ethereal Scene Area that can go directly to Lijiang Ancient City and Shuhe Ancient Town, and you can ride for free with your ticket, so don't take a taxi alone!
Shuhe Ancient Town requires tickets: 15 yuan is not limited in time, no need to book in advance, you can scan the QR code at the door to buy, and there is no limit to the number of people.
Personally, I feel that if you live in the ancient city of Lijiang, there is no need to come to Shuhe Ancient Town, the distance between the two places is not close, and it takes more than 20 taxis. The overall area is very similar, the scenic area is much smaller than that of the ancient city, that is, there are fewer people in Shuhe, and it will be more suitable for taking pictures. In the evening, there will be a bonfire party in the square, and there will be beautiful young ladies in local costumes dancing around the bonfire, which is quite lively.
DAY3: Jade Dragon Snow Mountain + Blue Moon Valley (join the group)
Tickets need to be booked at least two or three days in advance, you can choose to book on the app, or you can choose to let the boss help book at the hotel front desk, the price is not much different. The contents included in the package are the same (round-trip car + down jacket rental fee + small bottle of oxygen + lunch + round-trip ropeway + Blue Moon Valley). You need to get up early, and the general car will pick you up around 6:30-7 in the morning (7-seater minivan)
!! Key points: Snow mountains do not have snow all year round, generally only between November and March, and snow-capped mountains without snow are only bare stones! ! Before the official departure, the tour leader (driver) will take you to the place where you can rent a down jacket, where you can also get oxygen. The oxygen in the general package is a free trial size, but it is enough! Enough!! Enough to use!! Don't listen to the staff say that there is no oxygen at high altitude, and buy all kinds of oxygen at different prices of 60 and 80. Personal suggestion, in addition to the elderly who are traveling with you (to be honest, it is really not recommended to go if you are not in good health, there is no need to risk your life to go out to play), you can buy more ordinary capacity formal clothes, it is best to buy it in advance, and it is only 20 to buy outside. The rest of the general population will react before they get on the cable car if they have a high reaction (just a slight suffocation), don't insist on going up at this time, and if you don't react, you won't react too much, so it's enough to take a few puffs when you are most tired of climbing the mountain. If you are really afraid, buy another formal suit to take with you, it is important to save your life.
If you are tired halfway through the climb, you can consider buying a chicken steak or something (there are also food and drinks on the mountain), because the lunch in the set meal is more difficult to eat... Don't expect too much.
Blue Moon Lake looks good as a whole, but it's not big. The lake water is blue, a bit like the color of the sea water in Sanya or Phuket, and the edges are also white fine sand. But you can't go into the water, you can only look at the trestle again. The car in the scenic spot will stop in two places suitable for taking pictures, don't worry, the ticket is in hand, there are many cars, you can sit casually.
My package actually includes a performance of "Impression Lijiang", directed by Zhang Yimou, but I didn't see it because of time constraints. Many people say that it is not as good as Lijiang's eternal love, so my expectations are not high (I have no opinion... However, there are other people in the same car who go to see it and say it's not bad, anyway, the praise and criticism are mixed, this depends on personal time.
DAY4-5: Lugu Lake (join the group) must go! Take pictures on a sunny day!
！！！ Focus: To go to Lugu Lake, you have to take out two days, and you have to stay nearby for one night, so try to arrange the formation at the end of the trip to Lijiang, so that you can take the bus directly to other cities or take the train back after the next day. The route of Lugu Lake is around the lake, which is 200 kilometers from Lijiang, so every day for two days is a small half day on the road. But it will be faster to come back than when to go, because when you go, you will pass by several observation decks and make a short stop. So one day is not enough at all, so don't be in a hurry to play!!
It's not that old drivers don't try to drive themselves, there are too many detours and too urgent, there are many big cars on the road, it's really dangerous, safety first! !
Many people have different opinions on whether to go to Lugu Lake or not, but personally, it is the first time I play here, and I don't know much about all aspects. If there are many people, I feel that a chartered car is also possible.
I booked it online, plus 50 for almost 400 yuan (excluding accommodation, including round-trip fares, lunch for two days and all tickets). You still have to get up early, usually around half past seven. If you are two people participating in the group, you can choose the inn in the package, and it is best for one person to book a room separately. Because the package is generally a room for two people, if one person wants to make up the difference in the accommodation price of the other person, it is not cost-effective. I chose an inn within the range of free pick-up and drop-off in the leadership, right next to the bonfire party, 300 yuan/night, because it is the National Day period, so the price is relatively moderate, in the off-season, it is almost less than half the price, the accommodation experience is very good, it is recommended!

In the evening, I took the tourist line outside the ancient city of Lijiang and arrived directly at the ancient city of Dali (south gate), and the road time was 3 hours.
！！！ Key points: You can book a bus ticket on China-TravelNote in advance, online is 50/person, and it costs 75/person to buy it directly on the bus. There are three boarding points in Lijiang, there are parking points at the south gate and the north gate, and I forgot the remaining one, which can be seen when buying tickets, and the boarding location must be determined. In addition, the bus to Dali stopped at the south gate, before setting the inn in Dali, I must be optimistic about the location, I booked an inn near the north gate, I didn't suffer a loss in Lijiang, and I felt it vividly in Dali... Pulling luggage on the masonry road, bumping through the entire ancient city, half tired.
However, the check-in experience is still very good, once again: the hotel that is optimistic about the Internet calls in advance to ask about the price of the store, it will really be much worse! ! The first day was 210 yuan/night on China-TravelNote, and the second and third days may have something to do with the lack of people, and the boss gave me 130 yuan/night. If it is basically less than 100 in the off-season, it is recommended overall.
！！！ Focus: If you go to the Chongsheng Temple Scenic Area without joining a group, you must find a docent, which is really important! There are many particularities and taboos! After entering the main entrance, you are not allowed to take photos, and places where you can take pictures, such as the three pagodas, should only take pictures of the towers, not group photos. The docent said that these three towers are all relics, which are equivalent to tombs, and people should not take photos together. (Of course, it doesn't matter if you don't mind)
DAY6: Cangshan + Butterfly Spring + Chongsheng Temple Three Pagodas Scenic Area (join the group)
Thefirst two days of Dali were also a group, the price was very cheap, a total of only 204 (including the difference in the innkeeper), after all, if you play by yourself, the tickets are enough for this money, but the chartered car is very expensive and not cost-effective, and the carpool is worried about going and not returning. If you join the group, there is a special tour guide, generally a local, who will make various introductions along the way, and the lunch should not be too demanding, not bad or dirty, just ordinary stir-fry.
！！！ Key points: To participate in the group, you must listen to the tour guide throughout the whole process, and you cannot play by yourself. So each attraction has a time limit, but I think too long is actually tiring, and the time given is actually enough. In addition, I don't go to those places where there are no tickets throughout the whole process, and I will go to Nanzhao style, but I don't stop in small ancient towns such as Shuanglang and so on.
In addition, if you really want to have a good time in Erhai Lake, it really takes at least two days, and if you are not in a hurry, you can really go to every town around the sea. You can drive by yourself or rent a small motorcycle to go around the sea by yourself. It can be rented from within the ancient city, and there are also in every town.

The next day, I was taken by the tour guide to buy jade and silverware all morning, because I don't understand or like it, so I don't give any advice, and I won't be scolded if I don't buy it, but if you really like it, don't let it be cheap or anything like that, remember that no matter how cheap it is, it will cost money. The pandemic has taught us that money is more important than everything (*/ω\*).
I will take a cruise ship in the afternoon, and I personally recommend that you definitely go there! ! But do a good job of sun protection!! If you don't join the group, you can also buy your own cruise tickets, the whole journey is almost more than three hours, and the sea breeze is really comfortable. The landing point of the cruise ship is Caicun Wharf, which is still five or six kilometers away from the ancient city.
DAY8: Erhai Lake (Xizhou + Shuanglang)
The last day was Xizhou and Shuanglang by myself
！！！ Key points: There is no need to take a taxi or carpool, there is a special tourist line at the south gate. Very small buses, each with a guide. There are only two stops in the whole process, Xizhou in the middle, and the end is Shuanglang. The whole fare is 30, and the 15 to Xizhou. There is a bus every hour, and the return bus also runs every hour. If you have to go down from the double corridor, there is a small motorcycle in the double corridor, the price is not asked, because I am in a hurry so I didn't go, these two places almost take me a day. The double corridor is very worth visiting, but Xizhou is average, very small and not particularly meaningful, the only gain is to feel the Bai people's house architecture.

Another thing to say is that there are generally Yi and Bai here, at least unlike the Yunnan cuisine I have eaten in Beijing, and I feel that Yunnan cuisine with Dai flavor is more common in other places. So what you eat in places like Yunhai cuisine or Huoshaoyun is different, don't have too high expectations, I think there are very few delicious things...
