Hilton Marco Island - Breakfast Question

We're planning a trip and trying to decide whether the added cost of breakfast is worthwhile at the Hilton. Anyone know if it's just a straight continental breakfast like pastries, bagels, coffee, juice, etc. - or is it more like a hot buffet with bacon, sausage, omelette station, etc. We're bringing our 24 and 26 year old sons who eat every meal like it's their last so the breakfast at approx $25 pp seems like a good deal as they can put away dozen scrambled eggs between them!

Any information appreciated - TIA!!

The Hilton Marco Island Resort & Spa offers a breakfast experience that goes beyond a simple continental setup. Guests generally report that the breakfast is a full buffet with a variety of hot and cold options.

Typical offerings include:

  • Hot items like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, and waffles.
  • A made-to-order omelette station or other customizable egg dishes.
  • Continental items such as assorted pastries, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereals.
  • Beverages including coffee, tea, juices, and sometimes smoothies.

Many guests find the breakfast worthwhile, especially for those with larger appetites or families who want a convenient, hearty start before heading out for beach or activities. For your 24 and 26-year-old sons who can eat generously, the $25 per person price is generally considered a good value, as it often covers enough for a filling meal without needing to buy additional food until later in the day.

Other tips:

  • Arrive early during peak season to avoid long waits and to get first pick of popular items like the omelette station.
  • The buffet also provides options for lighter eaters or those who prefer a simple continental breakfast.
  • Some guests have mentioned that the breakfast quality is consistent with Hilton’s standards, making it a reliable choice for families.

Overall, if convenience and a substantial morning meal are important, adding breakfast at Hilton Marco Island is usually seen as a good deal.
