100+ person venue for party 2025

Hi All, i’m looking for a venue within a 10 mile radius of Boston NOT the far North or South Shore for a party- any suggestions? Arlington, Belmont, Woburn, Winchester— ideal. No ratty old clubs like K of C but if they’ve been updated that would be fine. Thanks for any suggestions- we would like the bar provided by the venue but the food by us (outside vendor) TY
