Dinner for 21--law firm retreat
Hello. We'll have 21 people staying at Aria on April 1 and 2 and are looking for a restaurant in or easy walking distance from Aria that would be a good fit for our group. Nothing cheap, but not over-the-top expensive either. Not too loud. Availability of a private or segregated area for our group would be plus. Thanks for any idea you can share.
For a law firm retreat with 21 people staying at Aria, you’ll want a restaurant that's not too loud, offers good food at a moderate price, and provides a private or semi-private dining space. Here are some great options within walking distance from Aria that fit your criteria:
- Javier’s (located in the Aria): This upscale Mexican restaurant offers a great atmosphere and a variety of traditional Mexican dishes. The ambiance is more refined, and they offer a private dining area that can accommodate large groups. It's a perfect spot for a group that enjoys flavorful, higher-end Mexican food without going over-the-top expensive.
- Carbone (located in the Aria): If you're in the mood for Italian, Carbone is an excellent option. It’s known for classic Italian-American fare and is a bit on the higher end in terms of pricing, but it’s not overly extravagant. They have private dining options for groups, and the ambiance is upscale but not overly loud, making it a good fit for your group size.
- Catch (located at ARIA): A seafood-centric restaurant with a modern, stylish vibe. While it's a bit on the trendy side, the ambiance is relatively calm compared to other louder spots on the Strip. Catch offers a range of seafood and sushi, and they can accommodate larger groups, offering a semi-private area if needed.
- Nomad Restaurant & Rooftop (located in the Park MGM): This is another upscale restaurant with a slightly quieter and more intimate setting. Nomad serves a blend of American and international cuisine, and while it's luxurious, it’s not excessively pricey. They offer private spaces and could be a great option for a law firm retreat with a sophisticated atmosphere.
- Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak (located at the MGM Grand): A modern steakhouse with an upscale feel. Bourbon Steak has a variety of private dining rooms for groups and is known for its high-quality steaks and sophisticated atmosphere. It’s a good middle-ground option, not too loud but still a bit upscale, and is only a short walk from Aria.
- David Chang’s Majordomo (located in The Venetian): If you're willing to walk a little further, Majordomo is a great option, offering innovative Asian-inspired dishes and a vibrant, but still refined, setting. It's a larger restaurant, and they offer private dining areas, which could be perfect for your group.
These restaurants provide a nice balance of high-quality food, a sophisticated atmosphere, and private dining options. Each one is within easy walking distance from the Aria, so you won’t need to travel far to enjoy your dinner. You can contact the restaurant in advance to reserve a private or semi-private space for your group.
Overall, these options should meet your needs and provide a pleasant dining experience for your law firm retreat!
