monorail early morning schedule

The Disneyworld website says that the monorail begins running a half hour before park opening but I've seen mixed messages online.

Early entry time is 8:30 am for MK and for Epcot on our dates.

Will we be able to take a monorail at 7:30 am from the Polynesian to MK?

Will we be able to take a monorail at 7:30 am from the TTC to Epcot?
