2 Day City Break From Las Vegas?

Question

We'll be in Las Vegas in June and we're looking for somewhere we can go that's within a 2 hour flight for an overnight visit. So we'll fly there in the morning and return the next evening. We've already done that with San Diego, San Francisco and Los Angeles so they're out.

Any suggestions? It doesn't have to be a major city, just somewhere where we can keep ourselves occupied for 2 days. We won't be venturing out of that town/city when we get there.
