Premium outlets

Hi all,

Do you know if the VIP vouchers which existed in paper form many many years ago still exist at the Premium Outlets?

Do we go to the visitor centre and do we need to show anything to retrieve this?

Any other extra discounts on offer at the outlets?

Thanks in advance!

The traditional paper VIP coupons that used to be handed out at Orlando Premium Outlets have largely been replaced by digital offers. The outlets now focus on printable coupons from their website, mobile app discounts, and store-specific promotions rather than physical booklets.

If you want to access the current VIP offers:

  • Visitor Center – Both Orlando Premium Outlets locations (Vineland Avenue and International Drive) have a Visitor Services center. Here, you can pick up a free digital guide or show your phone to access current offers. No special identification is usually required, though some promotions may ask for proof of age or student status if applicable.
  • Mobile App – Download the Premium Outlets app to access exclusive deals, coupons, and store maps. Some stores offer additional savings directly through the app.
  • Website Coupons – The official Orlando Premium Outlets website offers printable coupons that you can show in stores for extra discounts. These often include brand-specific offers like Michael Kors, Coach, Nike, and more.

Other ways to save at the outlets:

  • Store Memberships – Some brands offer additional discounts for members or loyalty programs. If you have prior accounts with stores like Coach, Kate Spade, or Nike, check their apps or emails for extra VIP coupons.
  • Student Discounts – Students with valid ID can sometimes get extra savings at select stores.
  • Military Discounts – Many outlet stores offer a 10% discount for active or retired military personnel; usually, you just need a valid ID.
  • Special Seasonal Promotions – Check the website or app before your visit. Outlets frequently run flash sales or weekend-only deals that can stack with existing discounts.

In short, while paper VIP books no longer exist, the combination of the visitor center, website, and mobile app provides a modern equivalent that gives access to most discounts. It’s recommended to check online or download the app before visiting so you can maximize your savings without extra hassle on-site.
