More nights in Carmel or Cambria

Hi….. my wife and I are just finalising our early October road trip and have an option around Carmel and Xambria. We can do either of 3 nights in Carmel and then 2 in Cambria or 2 in Carmel and 3 in Cambria. Anyone got any views/thoughts
