A few highlights from our recent trip

We try to include some different experiences each time we visit and take on board everyone’s recommendations. A few of our highlights this time included:

Duelling pianos at Eastside Lounge in the Encore.

David Blaine at the Encore, I wasn’t sure this would be my thing but it was mind-boggling and we really enjoyed it.

Cabana at Vdara, great way to spend a day chilling out.

Herbs and Rye for an off-strip restaurant experience - food and service were amazing and we highly recommend.

Darts at Flight Club.

Raiding the Rock Vault - this was on the day we should have been at Sick New World or Motley Crue which were both cancelled. We’ve seen RTRV in all three venues and all are very different. Probably enjoyed Westgate the most due to the size of the venue but this was better than the Rio and we enjoyed it once again.

Off strip casino visits to Southpoint and Palace Station for a different gambling experience.

Finally got to Mon Ami Gabi for breakfast and can understand why it’s so popular.

There were so many highlights it’s hard to pick out the best bits, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

It sounds like you had an amazing trip to Las Vegas with some truly memorable experiences! Here are a few highlights you mentioned that stood out:

Duelling Pianos at Eastside Lounge, Encore: The duelling pianos at Encore are a fantastic way to enjoy some live entertainment with a fun, interactive vibe. The Eastside Lounge is an intimate venue, making it a great spot for enjoying drinks while watching talented performers go head-to-head with classic tunes. Definitely a must-see for anyone looking for something a bit different!

David Blaine at the Encore: It’s always great to hear when a show exceeds expectations! David Blaine's magic is mind-bending and offers a unique experience, especially with his close-up tricks and audience participation. It's one of those shows that can truly leave you questioning what you just saw. Glad you enjoyed it!

Cabana at Vdara: Spending a day in a cabana at Vdara is a perfect way to relax and unwind. It offers a quiet, luxurious atmosphere compared to some of the more crowded spots on the Strip. With great service, privacy, and poolside cocktails, it's an excellent choice for a chill day in Vegas.

Herbs and Rye: It’s great to hear you had such a wonderful meal at Herbs and Rye! Located off the Strip, this place is a local favorite for its craft cocktails and amazing steaks. The ambiance, combined with exceptional service, makes it a standout. It's always great to discover hidden gems like this!

Darts at Flight Club: Flight Club is a fun, modern take on darts. It's not just about throwing darts – it's about the social experience, with a wide variety of games and a lively atmosphere. Whether you're a darts pro or just there for fun, it’s a unique and entertaining way to spend some time.

Raiding the Rock Vault: Seeing Raiding the Rock Vault is always a blast! The show’s mix of classic rock hits and talented musicians makes it a must-see for rock music lovers. It's nice to hear that you enjoyed the Westgate venue the most. The size of the venue really adds to the experience, and it’s always fun to revisit shows you’ve enjoyed in different locations.

Off-Strip Casino Visits (Southpoint and Palace Station): Exploring off-strip casinos can offer a different, more relaxed vibe compared to the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Southpoint and Palace Station both provide a variety of gambling options without the crowded atmosphere. Plus, it’s a great way to discover local favorites and hidden gems in Vegas.

Mon Ami Gabi for Breakfast: Mon Ami Gabi is a Vegas staple, and it’s no surprise you loved it. Breakfast with a view of the Bellagio fountains is always a treat, and their French-inspired menu makes for a perfect start to the day. It’s a classic Vegas experience that never disappoints!
