Which area to stay? Bell tower or Everbright city?

This would be in Xi’an. Can’t really get a clear grasp with Google maps on which area has more shops and restaurants and stuff to do. I had two hotels that are both close to the metro stations from this 2 areas to which i am leaning on staying to for 5 nights.
