The moment you arrive, you're greeted by a serene garden and a homey-yet-refined dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether seated at the garden-facing lounge or the open kitchen counter, the space feels intimate and peaceful — a rare escape in the middle of Bangkok.

🍽️ The Menu – A Culinary Storybook
The tasting menu is a beautifully curated journey through the chefs’ childhood memories and modern German technique. Highlights from my dinner included:

And while Bangkok is best known for its incredible Thai food, Sühring proves that it’s worth stepping outside the expected. Even though it’s German cuisine, it’s absolutely recommended to try at least once — a dining experience that’s truly worth it.
