✨️Sumiyoshi Taisha is not far from Hakata Station. Walk towards Tenjin for about 10 minutes and you will arrive.

✨️Built in 1623, it is almost 400 years old. There are many Sumiyoshi shrines. The most famous one is Sumiyoshi Shrine in Osaka. However, there are more than 2,000 Sumiyoshi shrines throughout Japan.

✨️Fukuoka Sumiyoshi Shrine is believed to be the oldest Sumiyoshi shrine. It has a large area and still preserves the forest around the shrine, even though it is located in the heart of a big city like Hakata.

✨️It is one of the most popular wedding venues.
