Lake Garda is best experienced slowly. I stayed in a farmhouse surrounded by vineyards and olive groves near Bardolino. Days started with a hearty breakfast of local cheese and cured meats, followed by lazy afternoons by the lake. I rented a bike and cycled through the wine trails, stopping for tastings along the way. The rhythm of life here felt healthy, balanced, and deeply connected to the land. I ended my trip with a ferry ride at dusk, watching the villages light up along the shores. It was magical, peaceful, and unforgettable. #mytraveldiary
