#OsakaCastle is the most iconic historical landmark in Osaka. Surrounded by a moat, Osaka Castle Park is also a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Osaka. The park is home to about 3,000 Somei Yoshino and double-flowered cherry trees, as well as over 1,000 plum trees. During the peak bloom in April, the castle grounds are transformed into a sea of white and pink blossoms, creating an unbelievably beautiful scene.

Nishinomaru Garden at Osaka Castle offers the best view of Tenshukaku and the cherry blossoms. On the vast lawn stands the Osaka Guest House, set against a backdrop of blooming cherry blossoms. The magical night cherry blossoms illuminated during the lighting period are truly a must-see breathtaking sight.
