Rental recommendation- wonderful owner and home!

I’ve rented through VRBO and realtors quite a bit over the years in Florida. Mostly in Bonita Springs as snowbirds and AMI with our kids and grandkids. I’ve had some good experiences and some not so good. This last week, we rented with family in Sarasota. You all know now how that turned out for us. We rented this beautiful home on Sarasota Bay. We checked in on Saturday after assuring it was ok from Helene. By Sunday morning, we were looking to move inland to a hotel. We were too late, everything was already booked.

I just want to say, if you want a lovely home with a spectacular view and a wonderful owner, this is the house. He was caring and helpful and never once questioned a refund for us. I know now why he has over 100 great reviews on VRBO. Look for a house with 4 brown loungers out overlooking the water!
