Another city near beijing

Hi..

I need suggestion for my may trip.

I will be going to xian for 3 nights and going by train to beijing and stay 3/4 nights and i have 2/3 free night that i can go to other city near beijing.

Been to beijing 3 times already and coming back again for expo.

so i need to see other city nearby.

I can do daytrip or i can stay 1 night in that town
