Orlando - One day?

Question

I have a conference in Orlando. I will have several evenings & nights open, I want to go to Sea World and see the Bulgas (1st free day). I will have one single day to see something else. I would like to see the manatees but will not have a car. Or should I try to see one of the parks? Not a HP fan, I have been to Disneyland Anaheim many times, so rides are not a huge draw for me. Don't need to do a water park or bask in the sun. Guidance from those that have a better idea than I do appreciated.
