Aquatica and blizzard - which one based on weather

We plan to visit both aquatica and blizzard. According the forecast we will have one day with temperatures in low 70s and one with low 90s. Which park would you choose for the hotter day?We will have cabana in aquatica but not in blizzard if that matters. Both weekday. Thanks!

For your visit to Orlando, it makes sense to match the water park experience with the weather. Here’s a breakdown to help you decide which park to visit on each day:

Given your forecast:

  • Low 90s day: Definitely plan to visit Aquatica on this hotter day. High temperatures make water parks much more enjoyable because the water keeps you cool. Plus, having a cabana booked will give you a shaded, comfortable space to relax and escape the sun when needed. Aquatica also has plenty of water rides, wave pools, and lazy rivers, which are perfect for hot weather.
  • Low 70s day: Blizzard Beach is better suited for this cooler day. Even in the low 70s, you can enjoy most of the slides and attractions comfortably. Blizzard Beach has heated pools in some areas, and while it’s still a water park, the cooler air temperature won’t make you too cold. Since you don’t have a cabana there, being on a weekday will help avoid crowds, and you can pace yourselves without needing a private shaded area.

Additional tips:

  • Arrive early at both parks to secure good locker locations and avoid long waits on popular rides.
  • Bring sunscreen, hats, and lightweight cover-ups for Blizzard Beach, as cooler air can feel chilly after getting out of the water.
  • For Aquatica, your cabana can serve as a central base for snacks, drinks, and breaks between rides, which is especially helpful in the heat.
  • Hydrate frequently, especially on the hotter day, and take advantage of shaded seating or indoor attractions at both parks.

In summary: Aquatica for the hot 90s day, Blizzard Beach for the cooler 70s day. This maximizes comfort, enjoyment, and use of your cabana booking.
