When missing someone doesnât always have to be sad âMissing You, Less Blue Missing youâĶbut not as sad as beforeâ An exhibition that embraces feelings and turns tears into flowers in the heart by NICEJOY (Nice Phatdanai Motim)
This exhibition comes from a simple but profound inspiration, such as love for pets and the traces of attachment left behind when they are gone. NICEJOY conveys the loss not with sadness, but with stillness and acceptance. He invites us to explore âmissing someoneâ that doesnât cry anymore, but remains gentle.
Under the small blue world, the character named Blueboo, a gentle and fragile blue child, represents NICEJOY on a day when his heart is sensitive. Blueboo was born from sadness, but never stopped trying to find happiness, no different from us on the day we had to face loss. He is âthe little child within usâ who dares to cry, dares to be quiet, and in the endâĶ dares to grow.
In this exhibition, we will see Blueboo gradually learn that âsadnessâ doesnât have to become something we have to escape if we accept it. Painful love can blossom into a âflower in our heartâ that stays with us forever.
âMissing You, Less Blueâ invites us to explore ourselves through art that not only tells stories of sadness, but embraces and heals it with love and understanding. Because sometimes, missing someoneâĶ does not always have to involve tears. And in the silence of emptiness, there may be the sound of love that is always growing.
