Wat Suthat Thepwararam Ratchaworamahawihan, one of the first-class royal temples in central Bangkok, stands out for its grand viharn (ordination hall) housing the "Phra Sri Sakyamuni," a large bronze Buddha image from Sukhothai. The interior offers a tranquil atmosphere and beautiful ancient murals depicting the Ramakien intricately.
Upon exiting, you'll find the Giant Swing, a prominent landmark in the heart of the city. This ancient symbol of traditional ceremonies, once used during the reigns of King Rama I–VII, is now a popular photo spot for tourists.
A visit here will offer you the chance to gain merit, pay respects, and capture beautiful memories in the heart of Rattanakosin Island, a perfect blend of Thai history, art, and culture. #TravelTalk #WatSuthat #GiantSwing #BangkokLandmark #TripMoments #ThailandCulture #TempleHopping
