Visit the Thewarat Sapharom Throne Hall

The Thewarat Sapharom Throne Hall was once used as the original audience hall during the reign of Queen Sri Patcharindra. Its architecture is influenced by Byzantine architecture, with a curved roof and a central dome. The walls are adorned with murals of people and flora. It was once a venue for royal religious ceremonies, and sometimes even a theater or cinema. This architecture is incredibly rare. I personally love the architecture and the use of colors, which are pastel and detailed. The surrounding area is shady and well-maintained.

This throne hall is located in the grounds of Phaya Thai Palace.
📌Location: Phaya Thai Palace, 315 Ratchawithi Road, Thung Phaya Thai Subdistrict, Ratchathewi District, or within the grounds of Phramongkutklao Hospital.
You can take a bus to Victory Monument or take the BTS Skytrain, which is a short walk away. If you're driving, parking is available at Phramongkutklao Hospital. Have you visited this place before? What parts of the throne hall did you like? Let's share.
