Outstanding service right from our arrival, as we were welcomed at our vehicle with the concierge team handling our luggage smoothly and guiding us to the lobby for check-in. Our luggage was already settled in our room by the time we arrived. The magnificent grand room, flawless arrangement, and private butler service from Pitek were truly exceptional! Whether catching the shuttle boat, dining, or enjoying coffee in the lobby, every staff member greeted us warmly, contributing to one of our most memorable stays. Kudos to MOB.
