Fukuoka Cherry Blossom Full Bloom Spectacle 🌸

#cherryblossom25
Today, the weather in Fukuoka was perfect! After getting off at the Gion subway station, I walked past Tochoji Temple, and standing at the entrance, I was greeted by two beautiful cherry trees in full bloom inside. Many people were sitting under the blossoms, enjoying the cherry blossoms and having gatherings. The temple isn't too big, but besides the main hall, there's also a red pagoda. In addition to the white cherry blossoms, there were a few pink ones too. 📸

After exploring Tochoji Temple, I checked the map and found other temples nearby. Continuing my walk, I came across Shunshin Temple, where the cherry blossoms were even more vibrant and dazzling, and there were hardly any people around! There were a few massive white cherry trees and one striking red cherry tree. It felt like a hidden gem for cherry blossom viewing. 🌸 (P7-10)

Finally, I headed to Maizuru Park, which was packed with people. Here, you could see entire fields of cherry blossoms in full bloom. Lots of planes flew overhead, which created quite a bit of noise. ✈️

When I first saw the cherry blossoms, I was so excited, but after seeing the locals casually strolling by without much reaction, I realized that it’s something they see all the time. After a while, I understood – there’s simply no way to capture them all! You could take photos forever, but you’ll never finish. 📷🌸
