Review of the Greentown Zunlan Qianjiang, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hangzhou

I recently stayed at the Greentown Zunlan Qianjiang, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Hangzhou, and I'm here to share my honest experience.

🏘️Room Type/Layout: I stayed in the River View Deluxe Suite, which was newly renovated in 2024 with brand new furniture. However, although it is a river view room, it is located quite far back, so you can only see a partial river view, and the angle for viewing the "Big Lotus" (Hangzhou Grand Theatre) is very oblique. Although the 270-degree river view rooms and suites are not included in the complimentary upgrade and require a price difference to be paid on top of the base price, the comfort of the Deluxe Suite is still quite good.

🛌Amenities/Facilities: The hardware standards are high, with smart toilets, Dyson hair dryers, and Byredo toiletries. Although the room has some renovation smell, an air purifier is available. However, there are still many old marks on the floors, walls, and bathrooms that have not yet been renovated.

🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness is good, scoring 4.2 points.

💗Other tips: Although the hotel does not have a lounge, the lobby bar has happy hour in the evening. The welcome gift is a fruit platter, and the breakfast is plentiful and can be redeemed with welcome points. Please note that there is a charge for refilling bottled water after it has been consumed, and the hotel is a certain distance from the subway station. Overall, apart from the Qianjiang Marriott, guests of other hotels may wish to visit City Balcony to see the light show.
