Of course, even the most perfect hotel has its minor flaws. For example, I experienced subpar service while dining at Cafe Cardinal. Although the hotel eventually made some amends, I hope they can improve this aspect of their service, especially in such a high-end establishment. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would gladly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.
