Jongno Omakase Restaurant, Sakae

I wanted a special evening, so I made a reservation at the omakase restaurant "Sakae"! 😌 Just sitting at the counter and watching the chef create the dishes was thrilling.
From the freshly caught sashimi to the melt-in-your-mouth sushi... 🍣 I could truly feel the chef's dedication and philosophy in each and every bite. Perhaps because they used seasonal ingredients, the vibrant flavors and aromas were incredibly appetizing! 👍
I loved being able to focus solely on the food in a quiet, cozy atmosphere. 🧑🍳 This is definitely a place I'd love to visit again on my next trip to Nagoya. It'll be a wonderful memory for an anniversary or special occasion with a special someone! 💖
