I usually enjoy rich, heavy tonkotsu ramen, but this time, I tried chicken broth ramen for the first time. The broth was incredibly clean and deep, which really impressed me. The light yet subtle savory flavor was captivating. The lack of greasiness made it easy to finish, and the harmony between the noodles and broth made it impossible to put down my spoon and chopsticks. I was so satisfied with this unique ramen experience, and I think I'll be back often.
