1 Day in Singapore: Eat, Travel, Take Photos

When you think of Singapore, besides the Merlion, you can't miss the Hainanese chicken rice, which many say is tender, bouncy, and delicious. We also wanted to try and see for ourselves.
Start the trip at Changi Airport. As soon as you get off the plane, you'll be wowed by the airport itself, with its beautiful decorations and the atmosphere featuring a large waterfall in the heart of the airport perfect for photos.

Next stop is the Merlion, the little lion spouting water, the country's mascot. Anyone coming to Singapore must stop by to take a photo with the water-spouting lion.

Then comes the famous dish, Singapore Hainanese chicken rice, located near Maxwell Station. This is definitely a highlight. The chicken is tender and bouncy, and the chicken innards are the best—no unpleasant smell at all. Anyone who comes must try it!

The final check-in spot is the Library @orchard. If you love the library atmosphere and reading books, you can go in, sit, read, and enjoy the peaceful afternoon ambiance.
