The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple is a Chinese Mahayana Buddhist temple with architecture modeled after Tang Dynasty Chinese Buddhist temples. It has 4 floors in total.
โ On the first floor, upon entering, there is an incense burner where you can pick up incense sticks to light and pray to the statue of Maitreya Buddha, which is enshrined in the center hall and stands 27 feet tall. Around it, there are over a thousand Buddha statues of various sizes. Behind the lower hall is the seat of Guan Yin Bodhisattva.
โ The 2nd floor is the souvenir shop.
โ The 3rd floor is a museum displaying various Buddha statues.
โ The 4th floor houses the Buddha Tooth Relic, which is enshrined in a golden stupa (photography is prohibited in this area).
