💖Review of a 4-day, 3-night trip to Singapore🧳🇸🇬
“A small city with a big heart, happiness overflowing beyond its space!”
Hello~ Back again with another travel diary.
This time, I want to take you all to a small but incredibly charming country rated 10 out of 10… Singapore! The dream country for many, and now it’s definitely my favorite place 🥹💘
This trip was a short one, just 4 days and 3 nights, but I promise the memories are packed like a pork rice bowl! No more talking, let’s start the adventure 🚀✨
⸻
📍Day 1: We’ve arrived~ Singapore!
Woke up at 3 AM, dressed half-asleep, and waited for the early flight ✈️
When we got to Changi Airport, I was stunned for three seconds
because this place isn’t just an ordinary airport, it’s a national landmark, everyone!!
The first thing to see is Jewel Changi with the giant Rain Vortex waterfall
right in the mall! 😲💦 It looks like a scene from a sci-fi movie. For those who love taking photos, it’s a dream because the lighting is beautiful from every angle, and there are lots of trees—very refreshing 🌿
We grabbed a bite at A&W, feeling nostalgic, then bought an EZ-Link Card for MRT rides during the trip. I must say, the MRT here is super clean and so easy to use~ 🚇
For the first night, we stayed at a hostel near Bugis with private curtains,
friendly staff, a cute atmosphere, and affordable prices 💕
That alone made us happy.
⸻
📍Day 2: The day my heart raced because of Universal Studios! 🎢
Today was the day I’d been waiting for! Got my outfit ready, put on my favorite sneakers, and headed to USS on Sentosa Island~ 🌴
Getting to Sentosa is super easy: take the MRT to HarbourFront, then transfer to the Sentosa Express to cross over.
When we got inside, I quietly screamed because I saw the spinning Universal logo
at the gate with a little mist—felt like the end of a movie! Then we walked through different zones like:
•🏰 Far Far Away with Princess Fiona’s castle, fairy-tale beautiful
•🏍️ Sci-Fi City with the Transformers ride, super fun and realistic
•🐍 Ancient Egypt with a dark train ride that made me scream until my throat was hoarse
•🎡 Hollywood Boulevard, a great street for photos with a vintage vibe
Our favorite ride was Battlestar Galactica, the dual (red/blue) roller coaster—so thrilling! If you’re not afraid of heights, you have to try it 😍
The food at USS was delicious too, with fried chicken, French fries, Minion ice cream, and cute blue drinks. It was a bit pricey but totally worth it for the happiness 💸🍟
⸻
📍Day 3: Experience nature and lights at Gardens by the Bay 🌳
Today we switched to a green vibe~ took a break at Gardens by the Bay right next to Marina Bay Sands.
We bought tickets for 2 domes:
1. Flower Dome with flowers from around the world, cool and perfect for photos. Honestly, it felt like being in Europe 🌹
2. Cloud Forest with a giant artificial waterfall, refreshing mist, and magical forest vibes 🧚♀️
As evening approached, we returned to Supertree Grove to watch the Garden Rhapsody show (light and music) at 8 PM. When the music met the sparkling lights, I almost cried. It was grand and touching at the same time 💡🎶
Before heading back, we strolled along Marina Bay by the water, took photos with the Merlion, the water-spouting lion symbol of Singapore 🦁
At night, this area has amazing views, cool breeze, beautiful lights, and perfect couple photos that will make anyone say wow! 💕
⸻
📍Day 4: Light shopping at Bugis Street before heading home
(not wanting to leave) 🛍️
This morning, I packed my bags and told myself, “I’ll be back!” Then leisurely walked to Bugis Street, a must-visit market for girls!!
Here you can find Korean-style clothes, canvas bags, cute keychains, fashion glasses, and souvenirs like 3 pieces for 10 dollars—cheap and great 💛
I got a pastel-colored canvas bag and a super cute phone charm
to bring back for friends who will definitely be jealous 555 🎁
Then we headed back to the airport to wait for the evening flight… but wait!
We stopped by Jewel one more time because I missed the indoor waterfall and the cute cafes with views of the trees 🌿☕
I sat down to write a postcard to myself, writing:
“Thank you for daring to step out and open a new world” 💌
⸻
🎀Summary of impressions: Singapore is… a lovely city with a very kind heart
I was impressed by many things in Singapore, such as:
•The people are kind, smile easily, and always ready to help
•The city is clean, and the MRT is easy to use
•Traveling isn’t tiring because everything is close by
•Perfect for beginners traveling abroad!
The food is delicious! Whether it’s chicken rice, char siu rice,
or even Singapore’s unique iced tea, it’s all tasty in its own way.
Convenience stores have interesting snacks like lychee KitKats
or black squid crackers. Food lovers will definitely have fun! 😋🍱
⸻
💬Final words (with a big smile)
This trip was short but sweet, like a marshmallow on a rainy day.
I had slow, unhurried time with myself, leisurely walks, and captured beautiful moments both with my camera and heart 📸💗
Singapore may be a small country, but the happiness it gives… is beyond words 🫶
If you’ve never been, I hope you try it once and understand why “cuteness” doesn’t need a common language—just travel there and you’ll find it :)
⸻
🌟Thank you for reading this review to the end🌟
Wishing everyone a lovely trip like this at least once in your life 🧳🪄
