Altitude sickness: Lijiang is about 2,400 meters above sea level, and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is 4,506 meters above sea level. It is recommended to prepare an oxygen tank in advance.

Sun protection: Yunnan has strong ultraviolet rays, so please prepare sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.

Temperature difference: The temperature difference between morning and evening is large, so it is recommended to bring a jacket.
