DAY2 Dali: Cangshan Ximatan Ropeway - Chongsheng Temple Three Pagodas - Dali Ancient City

Today's first stop: Cangshan National Forest Park (half day)

We chose the Ximatan Ropeway, which is the longest ropeway in Cangshan.

Rented a down jacket at the foot of the mountain and bought an oxygen cylinder.

We took the ropeway directly to the highest point, the Ximatan ropeway is very cool, because it is very long, and very high, the ropeway movement process is relatively smooth, exciting but not thrilling. It was cloudy that day, the clouds were very thick, and we were almost in the clouds and fog in the second half, and the vision was white, which was very interesting.

The

ropeway to the top is the Ximatan Scenic Area, at an altitude of 3,900 meters, a little cold, you have to wear a down jacket, my husband and I have no obvious altitude sickness, only when talking loudly or when we are emotional, we have a little breath. We were going to walk up and down the stairs to Ximatan, but because the baby (3 years and 9 months) had more obvious altitude sickness, he fell asleep before reaching Ximatan, so we had to take him back quickly. However, there was a little sun in the second half, and sometimes it was okay not to wear a down jacket.

The oxygen cylinder is still useful, because my husband has to climb the stairs with the baby in his arms, and he has to take oxygen after walking for a while, but I am a little better, only two or three times.

The scenery of Ximatan is actually not bad, but I didn't see it, which is a bit of a pity.

second stop: Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple (about 2 hours)

Chongsheng Temple, the most famous local temple in Dali The temple building is well preserved, and the oil paint of the bucket arch is very bright, which is very characteristic of the local temple.

We took the tour bus directly to the highest Daxiong Treasure Hall, and then walked all the way down from the Daxiong Treasure Hall, because there were not many people, so it was very leisurely.

The incense in Chongsheng Temple is very prosperous, and I also saw the monks praying and chanting, and the Sanskrit sound bursts, which had a feeling of cleansing the soul.

The three pagodas are at the bottom, closest to the exit, and it is said that many cultural relics have been unearthed in the three pagodas, so they are very precious.

It was already evening when we arrived at the ancient city. I went around a little, mainly for eating hahaha.

The ancient city of Dali has a strong commercial atmosphere, it can be seen that the local municipal government is vigorously developing tourism, the overall environment of the ancient city is very tidy, the stone pavement is very smooth, although some ancient charm is missing, but it is very comfortable to hang out, you can still go to play.

DAY3 Erhai Lake: self-driving tour

We chose a self-driving tour and rented a car, 400 yuan/day.

Route: Starting from Dali Ancient City, Xizhou Ancient Town - Butterfly Spring - Shuanglang - Nanzhao Style Island - Coastal Return to Dali Ancient City

We started from the ancient city of Dali, and at the beginning, the villages next to Erhai Lake were building roads, and although there were some good scenery along the road, we couldn't see Erhai Lake all the time.

First arrived at Xizhou Ancient Town, very disappointed, no need to go, the place is small and boring.

Then I went to the Butterfly Spring, which was acceptable, mainly because the songs in Yunnan would always mention the Butterfly Spring, so I still went to see it, the attractions were not big, the spring water was not big, but the greenery was very good, the trees were old, the shade was green, and the walk was very comfortable.

At noon, I arrived at Shuanglang Ancient Town, compared with the ancient city of Dali, Shuanglang has more flowers and style, and the commercial atmosphere is also very strong, but it is still worth visiting.

We started walking and wandering around from one end of Shuanglang Ancient Town, and then took a boat to Nanzhao Style Island, where there are very classic Internet celebrity photo spots, that is, long white tables and transparent hemispherical hanging chairs with the sea as the background. But the hemispherical hanging chair costs money to shoot, and we didn't go in.

Take a boat back to Shuanglang Ancient Town, take a tour bus back to the parking lot, pick up the car, and continue to drive along Erhai Lake.

The scenery from the double corridor is very, very good, so beautiful, especially in the middle of the countless beautiful places worth stopping and taking pictures. In particular, there is a place where a lot of Internet celebrity photo props are set up, 20 yuan/person, and there are many young and beautiful girls taking pictures there, which is really a holy place to check in.

When I returned to the ancient city of Dali, it was already more than 9 o'clock in the evening, and if I didn't go to Xizhou in the morning to delay the time, it would be just right to travel around Erhai Lake for a day.

DAY4 Dali-Lijiang: Lashi Hai Tea Horse Ancient Road-Lijiang Ancient City

From Dali to Lijiang in the morning, I signed up for a commercial car.

At noon, I stayed in the homestay next to the ancient city of Lijiang, which is very close to the ancient city and just crossed the road.

The first is that it is very close to the ancient city of Lijiang, although the homestay facilities cannot be compared with four or five-star hotels, but the cost performance is also OK; The second is that the boss is too enthusiastic, and he gave us a lot of travel advice, and also helped plan the itinerary, contact the travel agency and the car, which is very good.

The Lashihai Tea Horse Ancient Road is horseback riding, it should be noted that there are many private horse farms in Lashihai, which is easy to slaughter customers, and we go to a regular horse farm run by the government.

But to be honest, the Yunnan horse is quite short, the ancient tea horse road is actually a dirt road on a hill, and it will pass through the villages of the Naxi people in the middle, which is not particularly meaningful, and those who have never ridden a horse are just tasting fresh. Because I have ridden horses in Xinjiang before, I feel average, and the key tail vertebrae are worn out by the saddle, which is miserable.

Today's second stop: Lijiang Ancient City

In the past few days of Yunnan's itinerary, only the ancient city of Lijiang is the real preserved ancient city, which is very charming, and the side we entered happened to be relatively few people, relatively quiet, experiencing the quiet beauty of the ancient city of Lijiang, there are flowing water and flowers everywhere, the double-storey wooden building is hidden by flowers and trees, and the winding path is secluded.

DAY6 Lijiang-Shangri-La: Tiger Leaping Gorge-Napa Sea Grassland

Due to the force majeure elements related to the epidemic, the small business group we originally planned to go to Shangri-La failed to make the trip, so we had to change to a chartered car.

We set off at half past eight in the morning and arrived at Tiger Leaping Gorge on the way.

Luck is better, in July, because of too much rain, the Tiger Leaping Gorge is not open, and it will only be open on August 1st, but maybe one day it will be closed again, we can visit it when we go, very lucky

(It was also brought by the tour guide, and I suspected that I went to a Xibei goods like Napa Sea, because when I stayed in the B&B later, I saw the authentic Zha Hai family's toast banquet on the hotel wall, well~ no matter how you look at it, I feel that there is a difference.) )

DAY7 Shangri-La: Pudacuo

Today's only stop: Pudacuo National Forest Park

Due to the slaughter the day before, I had a bad impression of Shangri-La, although I lived in the ancient city of Dukezong, because it was too late, I didn't visit. To be honest, I have seen too many ancient cities in front of me and have lost interest.

However, Pudatso saved the impression of Shangri-La in my mind.

We took the tourist bus of the scenic spot to enter, got off at the first stop, and walked 2.2 kilometers of ecological trails. The scenery along the way is very good, but it may be fresher for city people, and for someone like me who grew up in the countryside at the foot of the mountain, it is acceptable. The air is quite clear, and it is also a good experience to hike slowly with your husband and baby.

After hiking the ecological trail, I continued to take the tourist bus to the capital lake, and when I was about to go in, it rained, and I planned to wait for the rain to stop before going in, but the baby suddenly lost his temper. Just obey him and go in with an umbrella.

(Unexpectedly, this became our luck, it turned out that there was a heavy rainstorm at the foot of the mountain at that time, and our drivers were worried about whether we could make it to the trip, but we didn't feel it at all on the mountain, and the light rain only lasted for about 20 minutes, which did not affect the tour at all.) And because we went in when it rained, there were fewer people, but it was more suitable for watching the scenery, and the luck of listening to the baby was really good.

The lake is really beautiful, it is simply a gift of nature, the lake is very large, walking slowly along the wooden plank road by the lake, the whole person is baptized by the fresh and natural scenery. Lakes, wetlands, ancient trees, birdsong, occasional squirrels, and characteristic dead wood forests all make people linger.

Some tourists also brought oxygen cylinders, in fact, it is not necessary at all, although the altitude is about 3,600, but this place itself is a natural oxygen bar, and there is no lack of oxygen at all.

to Lijiang from Shangri-La chartered car in the afternoon of the same day, encountered heavy rain on the way, and a truck overturned on the national highway, which was blocked for more than half an hour, and it was close to ten o'clock in the evening when I returned to Lijiang. Still staying at Yunshan Meishe, the young owner welcomed us back.

DAY8 Return: Lijiang-Kunming-Shanghai

Take

a train from Lijiang to Kunming, and then take a plane back to Shanghai from Kunming.

Due to sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and sufficient preparations, my baby and I did not have a noticeable tan, and my husband did not wear sunscreen or hat a few days ago out of straight male self-esteem, and only when he arrived at Shangri-La did he admit that he started to apply sunscreen, but he still became a Latino.
