First time in Scottsdale

My husband and I are headed to Scottsdale after Christmas. We would like a relaxing luxury experience to unwind and ring in th. Any recommendations for best locations . We would like to do some exploring of the area.. Any recommendations of things we must see and do would be appreciated.
