Best Western Plus Sundial or Hyatt Place Scottsdale/Old Town

Coming in for 4 nights April 8-12th. Right now I have the Best Western Plus booked but I just saw the Hyatt Place for about the same amount when you include parking at the BW+. Going to explore the area and want to be close to Old Town. Which do you recommend?
