【Ganzhou】Thousand-year-old ancient city → Song Dynasty city that never sleeps

1️⃣Standard Clock: It is located at the central landmark of the old city. We originally planned to drive directly to the ancient city wall, but we unexpectedly encountered it when we drove by. It was easy to park on the side of the road and we checked in smoothly✅.
2️⃣Zaoer Lane: This is not a very long alley, which contains Song Dynasty stones, Ming Dynasty bricks, and Qing Dynasty tiles. The ancient street is fun to visit and it is also very photogenic to check in.
3️⃣Yugutai: Xin Qiji’s poem “Under Yugutai, the clear river flows, and in between, there are so many tears of passers-by” comes from here.
4️⃣ Jianchun Gate: The city gate closest to the ancient floating bridge.
5️⃣ Ancient Floating Bridge: It is composed of 100 wooden boats fixed on the river surface with steel cables and iron anchors. It has a history of 800 years.
6️⃣ Songcheng Ancient City Wall: With a total length of 3,600 meters, it is located in the delta where the Zhangjiang, Gongjiang and Ganjiang rivers meet. It is the only Song Dynasty brick city that has been preserved in the country.
7️⃣ Bajingtai: Located on the north side of the ancient city wall in the old city, the best viewing point is on the top floor of Bajingtai.
8️⃣ Songcheng City That Never Sleeps: The night view is so stunning because it resembles A Dream of Splendor. When the lights are on, rent a set of Hanfu and act like a Song Dynasty person.

3️⃣Ganzhou Station is relatively close to the city center, while Ganzhou West Station is a little far from the city center. It takes about half an hour by taxi. It is recommended to take a taxi when traveling in Ganzhou, which is convenient and inexpensive.
